Can I have my meals in different serving sizes?

With our new website you can order your meals in the size you would like.  No longer are you tied to ordering 1 size or a set amount of meals.

How far in advance should I order?

We ask that you order at least 2 hours in advance, as we custom prep all entrées that are ordered that day.  We cut off ordering at 3pm each day.

Can I request entrées from previous months?

Sorry, but we carry only the ingredients that we need for the current month. We suggest you stock up on your favorites. PLUS let us know how much you love a certain meal, if there are enough requests, we will base our upcoming menus on those suggestions.

Do I have to order one of everything, or can I mix and match items that I think my family will like best?

Mix and match away! You can select ANY combination of meals and in any size you perfer.

Do you offer low-carb meals?

Many of our meals are low-carb diet friendly, or can be modified to work with many low-carb diets. Click on the nutritional/ingredient information tab when registering to see if a particular meal will work for your low-carb diet restrictions.

How long can the meals be stored in the freezer?

We recommend using the meals within 6 to 8 weeks after they have been frozen. Any longer and the effects of air exposure and time start to take their toll on quality.

Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my entrées?

No. You may want to bring a medium sized cooler if you do not plan on going straight home after you pick up your entrées.

What if I don’t like beef, seafood or pork?

Would you prefer chicken breasts instead of pork chops? Chicken instead of seafood? Need vegetarian? Simply contact Dinners Done Right to ask about available substitutions.

Do you offer alternatives for special dietary restrictions?

Many of our meals can be adapted for dairy-free, gluten-free, low-carb, or low-sodium. Contact Dinners Done Right to discuss specific ingredients and how we can work with you.

Can you accommodate those with food allergies?

The great thing about our meals is that they are flexible. Many of our customers with allergies either choose other meals that work for them, or omit those ingredients that they are allergic to. Contact us at Dinners Done Right to discuss alternate ingredient options. Please let us know in the comment section what your allergies are and how severe they are or if it is just a preference.

Can I order the larger size, and split these into small portions?

We offer a variety of portion sizes to accommodate all of our customers, it would be best to order the serving size you need, as the cooking instructions are based on that serving size. You are always welcome to split them when you get home. Not our recommendation.
